Product Description

These beautiful slabs of pure Himalayan pink salt are hand cut from salt deposits deep in the Himalayan Mountains. Chilled in the refrigerator, they can be used as a serving tray for appetizers, fruit, sushi and cheese. The slabs are anti-microbial so a quick rinse is all that is needed to clean these blocks. They can also be heated in the oven or on the grill to sear vegetables, seafood, shrimp, fish and meat. Lightly brush the slab with butter or oil and place directly on the grill surface. These dense slabs conduct heat well, which results in an even heat distribution. Since these salt slabs are natural, repeated heating and rinsing will result in the slabs appearance changing over time. We suggest purchasing two and using one for the grill and the other for serving.
